Technical Support

We own a well-organized network of medical device technical support, which consists of specialized technicians, a fully equipped laboratory, and the ability to cover the whole territory of Greece. Technical support is part of the company’s services which are certified for their compliance to the following standard requirements: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.


― Human Resources

Technical support HR is fully trained and certified for the services they provide from the medical device manufacturers,as well as from specialized training organizations.


― Infrastructure

The technical equipment used in medical devices technical support comes from acknowledged manufacturers, it has been certified in its total and bears a CE marking. It is modern, specific and it covers any need that may rise.

Specifically, all measuring and control instruments used are tested for their accuracy and certified following the requirements of the relevant standards and/or the specifications for their use by an external calibration laboratory accredited by ELOT (Hellenic Organization for Standardization) according to ΕΝ ISO 17025:2005.
